We fell in love many beautiful years ago!

We left our motherland of South Africa for foreign shores many years ago, tasted more sorrow than we were prepared for, and raised a wonderful family. Always and still loving God and loving people.

 

Thirty years ago this handsome man was swallowed up by flames that burned 80% of his skin off his body. In our recently released book, BURNED AND UNBROKEN, we tell our story of pain, courage and the many miracles that restored us to more than we could have imagined. God gave us beauty for ashes, hope against all hope, and a future filled with goodness.  

 

We have by no means arrived, but are still learning how to love each other after 35 years of marriage, so let's talk about it. Whether raising kids, making huge decisions, or hanging on to God's promises in faith when there is no other evidence, there is a golden thread that leads to living unbroken in an oftentimes broken world with broken people.

 

Life is an adventure, and if yours no longer shows the hope it once had, stay in faith, stay connected, it's about to change!
